The Vegan Love Project

I want to change the way we see food. These recipes are simple, straightforward and easy to prepare. From soup to salad, holiday dinners and birthday cakes, these recipes are for everyone, whether you are a strict vegan or you are adding more plant based foods into your diet.

I am a yoga, food activist, animal lover and have been for the better part of my life. My commitment is to bring love and connection and real food to you that is straight forward, simple and delicious and to celebrate a plant based diet in its simplicity and grace. I am living the change every day; through food, love and movement and invite you to come along. It isn’t  about what you take out, it’s about what you add in.

The Vegan Love Project offers tons of amazing, healthy, cruelty free, animal friendly, plant based choices that took years to perfect… and the recipes continue to evolve! What you do matters, how and what you eat matters! These recipes will help you to eat less animal foods, and show you how to add more vegetables into your world. This is about food, real food, super delicious, easy, straight forward, amazing food The more people in the world loving themselves, loving each other and eating a plant based diet, the more peace, love, and light there is in the world….
